UTERINE FIBROIDS

Human Papillomavirus (HPV)

There are over 100 known variants of HPV. Most lead to mild infections in the genital area, mouth, and face. However, some types of HPV can cause cervical and other cancers.

The EVE Study is researching if an investigational vaccine is safe and whether it helps the body produce antibodies against the different variants of HPV. Antibodies are small protein molecules made by the body's immune system to fight infection.

The study will also look at how the body's immune system reacts to the vaccines. Clinical research studies need to include all kinds of people as crtain conditions and medications or vaccines may affect people differently based on their age, sex, gender, and race or ethnicity. This study will compare the investigational vaccine with an already approved vaccine.

We are looking for health women aged between 16 and 26 years to enroll in the study who have not previously been vaccinated against HPV.
